Nu Care offers a up to $1,000.00 Referral Bonus to Caregivers who refer “NEW’ candidates for a Caregiver position.
Terms: Referral Bonus will be payable if the referred new caregiver is successfully hired and works as per the requirements below. Payouts will be distributed in 3 installments:
1. $100.00 after the new caregiver works at least 10 hours a week for 4 consecutive weeks;
2. $400.00 after the new caregiver works at least 10 hours a week for 12 consecutive weeks;
3. $500.00 after the new caregiver works at least 10 hours a week for 24 consecutive weeks;
• Totaling $1000.
• In order to qualify for the Referral Bonus Program, the referring caregiver must still be employed with Nu Care, at the time that the referred new caregiver meets the working requirements. Former Nu Care caregivers or candidates, that already applied for a caregiving position with the organization, are not eligible to be referred.
