Nu Care offers a up to $1,000.00 Referral Incentive to Caregivers who refer “NEW’ candidates for a Caregiver position.

Terms: Referral will be payable if the referred new caregiver is successfully hired and works as per the requirements below. Payouts will be distributed in 3 installments:

1. $100.00 in Nu Coins, when reached 50 hours worked within 90 days of hire.
2. $400.00 in Nu Coins, when reached 120 hours worked within 120 days of hire.
3. $500 in Nu Coins, when reached 240 hours worked within 180 days of hire.

Totaling up to $1,000= Gift Cards thru Nu Coins!

In order to qualify for the Referral Program, the referring caregiver must still be employed with Nu Care, at the time that the referred new caregiver meets the working requirements. Former Nu Care caregivers or candidates, that already applied for a caregiving position with the organization, are not eligible to be referred.
